The Secretariat provides all the conditions for continuous schooling, research, and development activities. It is responsible for equipment and supplies, maintenance, safety, cleaning, and landscaping of Building (1, 4, 10, 11, Т), Library Extension, Incubation Center, 1st Student Building, Integrity Authority, Heat Protection, Electricity, Clean Water Supply, Engineering Line Network, Classroom, Office, Teacher's Room, and Student Living Room.

GOAL

The goal is to maintain normal operation of school buildings, organize service activities, work with staff on task schedule, and ensure coordination, control school drunkenness and non-violation of school habits.

OBJECTIVE

Maintain the exterior, interior decorations and colors of the school buildings and student dormitories, keep the electricity, heat, water and communication available;

Provide supply of inventory equipment and school supplies;

Specify and plan academic goals for each school year;

WORK TASK

Create an external and internal environment to ensure the normal and continuous operation of the school;

To create a clean and safe environment that meets sanitary requirements, allocation of buildings, classrooms, capacity, and equipment related to school infrastructure;

Linking schools with local clients and partners, developing, stabilizing, representing permanent relationships with suppliers, investors and donors, and concluding contracts;

Analyze and report on the management of the school by conducting an independent review of the use and spending of financial assets and evaluating the involvement of qualified professionals;

Cooperate with student initiative and voluntary organizations and units to ensure students' leisure and entertainment;

Conduct routine inspections of the school and student building facilities, and plan the renovation work according to schedule;
